Welcome to our Online Auction! There's something for everyone here. Christmas gifts, useful or decorative items for around the home, rentals and outings, tools, toys, kayaks and more!

Before heading over to view the products, please take a moment to read through the brief explanation of how this auction works, the pick up date and location details, and the general "rules" for our online auction.

Online Auction Rules

1. By activating an account on John Calvin Fundraising and placing one or more bids, each bidder agrees to these auction rules.

2. All bids are final and irreversible and each bidder agrees to pay in full for the item(s) they placed the highest bid for.

3. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds. All items are "as is". The Fall Fest committee has done its best to describe and catalog the items correctly but takes no responsibility for warranties, condition or correctness of the items.

4. Each buyer is responsible for knowing the fine print of gift certificates or services purchased. Please read carefully.

5. Each bid will generate an email to the bidder as well as to people who have been outbid. If you are not receiving these emails please check your spam folder.

6. If a buyer has questions about an item, prior to placing a bid, they are responsible to contact the John Calvin Online Auction by emailing johncalvinonlineauction@gmail.com.

7. John Calvin Fundraising reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the auction.

8. Many auction items will be available for in-person viewing Saturday, October 19th from 9-2 pm at John Calvin School during the Fall Fest event.

9. The auction is commencing on Saturday, October 19th at 1am and bidding will close Friday October 25th at 8:00pm. If a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes of closing, a dynamic closing feature will be activated allowing an addition 5 minutes of bidding and extending the closing time. Successful bidders will be notified by email about the items they have won and full payment must be made prior to or at the time of item pick up.

10. Pick up for auction items is scheduled for Saturday October 26th at JCS, between 10am-12pm. If you need to make other arrangements for pick up you can email johncalvinonlineauction@gmail.com
